My Skills & Background

Hi, I'm Felix, a Mechanical Engineer specializing in applied computer science based in Frankfurt, Germany. My journey began with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, during which I developed a pick & place application utilizing object detection and coordinate recognition. I later pursued a Master's, focusing on digital solutions within the mechanical engineering field, while also working as a student assistant developing test benches using LabVIEW and PLC programming.

Today, I apply my interdisciplinary expertise as a Software Developer in the automotive industry – from developing virtual ECUs for SIL simulations to taking responsibility as a Product Owner for CI/CD pipelines.

In addition, I am expanding my skills in IoT and smart automation – including edge computing, secure connectivity, and scalable cloud integration using DevOps best practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy tinkering with 3D printers and microcontroller projects, exploring DIY ideas, and playing the piano and guitar. I also love discovering hidden culinary gems in Frankfurt and trying out new sports.
